After midnight, New York's best indie chefs loosen their toques and the city's heavy-handed bartenders push up their sleeves. You reach for another (of everything). The music is killer, the dance floor is crowded. It's rowdy, it's a scene, it's after midnight.

Chefs serving their version of munchies include Boqueria's Seamus Mullen, The Little Owl's Joey Campanaro, Dell' Anima and L'Artusi chef and pastry chef (and husband and wife) Gabe and Katherine Thompson, and Table 8's Govind Armstrong. Bartenders pouring custom rocking cocktails include Julie Reiner from Clover Club and Flatiron Lounge, Audrey Saunders from Pegu Club, Jim Meehan from PDT, the Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim, Anthony Giglio and Tad Carducci of Tippling Brothers, as well as merry pranksters Jason Kosmas and Dushan Zaric from Employees Only and Macao Trading Co. Nicholas Morgenstern's from The General Greene ice cream cart and Rachel Zoe Insler of Bespoke Chocolates are keeping things sweet. DJ Duane Harriott is keeping you on your toes.

And as ever, proceeds from the event benefit Share Our Strength and the Food Bank for New York City.
