Dinner with Two Rising Star Chefs!
Join award-winning chefs Jose Enrique and Jamie Bissonnette at this can’t-miss intimate dinner at the luxurious Hôtel Plaza Athénée, where they’ll prepare a unique menu combining Puerto Rican, Spanish and Italian cuisine.  Both are classically trained chefs who transform and elevate traditional dishes using local, sustainable, and sometimes unexpected ingredients. They also have both been named a FOOD & WINE Magazine Best New Chef and have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation.  Guests are sure to be amazed when these two powerhouse chefs come together for a dining experience that can only be found at NYCWFF. 

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Wine & Spirits of New York.

Hot Bread Kitchen is an innovative social enterprise that builds economic security through the sale of multi-ethnic breads and a culinary incubation program that supports over 40 growing food businesses.  At this NYCWFF Dinner, you will enjoy our cheddar herb grissini and preview the Hot Bread Kitchen Cookbook-- an insiders tour of the United Nations of Bread.
