Join pickling guru Bob McClure of McClure’s Pickles as he guides you through the art of pickle making in this fun, artisanal, hands-on class. Learn how to pick the perfect local product, prepare a brine and pickle your very own cucumbers to take home and wow your friends. Bob will also show you the secrets of turning your homemade pickles into the perfect relish to accompany any dish. Take advantage of being schooled by the master in this small, intimate setting that is sure to be a hit!
