Dan Silverman, executive chef at NYCWFF's Host Hotel, The Standard, welcomes James Beard Award-Winning Chef Michael Schlow from Boston for an unforgettable night of two classically trained chefs showing off some of their favorite kitchen creations. Both Schlow and Silverman were FOOD & WINE Best New Chefs early on in their careers and both have forged their own successes based on market fresh ingredients, bold flavors and reputations for perfection. While everyone is rushing out to buy gold, we think tonight's dinner will be worth it's weight in the silver standard.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. We can only guarantee guests who purchased tickets together will be seated together. If you would like to be seated with another guest(s), please send your request via email to tickets@nycwff.org
