Chef and entrepreneur Keith Schroeder started Atlanta-based High Road Craft Ice Cream to create luxury ice creams and sorbets for chefs at fine restaurants. In five years, High Road has grown into a nationally-recognized specialty ice cream company. High Road now is the exclusive producer of Ciao Bella for Foodservice, BLVD Tasty Ice Creams for Whole Foods Market, as well as High Road Ice Cream. High Road can be found in Fairway Market stores, Whole Foods Market stores, Sprouts Farmers Markets, Earth Fare stores, as well as on Delta Airlines and in restaurants across the country.
Keith is a 2015 James Beard Award nominee for his first cookbook, Cooking Light Mad Delicious: The Science of Making Good-For-You Food Taste Amazing (Oxmoor House, October 2014). He has over 20 years of professional culinary experience and has been a restaurateur, a hotel chef, and a culinary instructor. He is a regular columnist for Cooking Light Magazine. He's originally from Long Island and lives in the greater Atlanta area.
