What is NYCWFF?

The Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by Coca-Cola (NYCWFF) is a star-studded, four-day event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs, culinary personalities and America’s most beloved television chefs while fighting to end hunger. Considered the largest food and wine festival in New York City with more than 80 events, NYCWFF is widely recognized for its tasting events that celebrate America’s favorite foods, intimate dinners with world-famous chefs, late night parties, hands-on classes, educational seminars, coveted wine tastings and more.

What charities does NYCWFF support?

100% of the net proceeds benefit Food Bank For New York City and No Kid Hungry®.

What are the dates of the 2017 Festival?

Where does NYCWFF take place?

NYCWFF consists of over 80 different events in New York City! Our events are located all throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn in many quintessential event locations. Our Culinary Campus located at Piers 92 and 94 on the Hudson River, is home to NYCWFF’s signature Grand Tasting presented by ShopRite featuring Samsung® Culinary Demonstrations presented by Mastercard® as well as our not-to-be-missed rooftop walk-around tasting events. What happens in the case of bad weather?

While many of our events are indoors, those that are outdoors will happen rain or shine! All tickets are non-refundable.

Is there a dress code?

As a general guideline, we suggest “smart casual” attire for our daytime events. For our late-night events and dinner series, we suggest cocktail attire, though “smart casual” is also acceptable. Please refer to the specific event page for more details. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes when attending our larger events!

What items are prohibited from the events?

Security will check all bags at the entrance of all events. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: outside food and beverages, drugs, weapons, backpacks, large bags and suitcases.

Is NYCWFF able to accommodate my dietary restrictions?

We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef whether or not certain allergens or food items are in the dishes you are going to consume, as well as consulting the tabletop menu.

Are NYCWFF tickets tax deductible?

The tax deductible amount of your ticket purchase is limited to the excess of the amount contributed over the fair market value of the ticket less any associated taxes and fees paid. You should work with your tax professional to determine the tax deductible amount (if any).

Tickets & Events

When will NYCWFF tickets go on sale?

Masterpass™ users have access to an exclusive Pre-Sale beginning June 5, 2017. The Mastercard® Pre-Sale, offered exclusively to Mastercard cardholders, begins on June 12, 2017. General tickets are on sale starting June 26, 2017.

How much are tickets to NYCWFF?

Our tickets range from $50-$400 and ticket prices vary depending on the type of event you choose to attend. We also offer several different ticket packages, each including a unique selection of events. More information about ticket packages can be found here.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the door at any NYCWFF event. However, during the week of the Festival, you will be able to continue to purchase tickets online or through our Box Office located outside of Pier 94 (at 55th Street and the West Side Highway). Box Office hours and dates will be posted closer to NYCWFF. Events do sell out quickly, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets early!

Are there wait lists for sold-out events?

Unfortunately, we are unable to create a wait list for any of our events.

What is NYCWFF’s refund policy?

All ticket purchases are final.

Do I have to pay for food and drinks once I’m inside the event?

Your ticket covers all food and beverage consumed at the event. Just bring your appetite and enjoy!

Can I bring my child?

Attendees at all NYCWFF events must be 21 or older, unless otherwise stated on the event page. The full list of family-friendly events can be found here.

What is the speed line and how do I qualify for it?

The Mastercard Fast Pass lane is set up for guests to gain expedited entry into select events. If you purchased a ticket with your Mastercard that includes Fast Pass status, it will be indicated by a white stripe on your ticket to the event.

Do I need a special entry ticket to the book signings?

Book signings mostly take place within NYCWFF’s Grand Tasting event at Pier 94, which requires a ticket for entry to the Grand Tasting. Click here to purchase your ticket to Grand Tasting and take home a signed copy of one of your favorite cookbooks!

Where do I exchange my ticket for a wristband?

Tickets are scanned and taken at the door in exchange for a wristband. If you are unsure about which line you should go through, please ask one of our volunteers.

Where should I stay?

NYCWFF offers special rates at a selection of terrific NYC hotels. Hudson Hotel is the official Headquarter Hotel of NYCWFF which is located at 356 West 58th Street and a quick, 15-minute walk to NYCWFF’s Culinary Campus at Piers 92 and 94. Where can I park? Are there discounts for festival vendors at any near-by parking lots?

There are a few parking options near NYCWFF’s Culinary Campus at Piers 92 and 94. Unfortunately, we do not offer any discounts at any of these locations.

Which airport should I fly into for the festival?

Public transportation to the city is available to and from JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports. We suggest picking the airport that is most convenient for you. Rates and deals for the NYCWFF’s exclusive airline, American Airlines, can also be found here.

Can I volunteer at NYCWFF?

Yes! NYCWFF is always looking for volunteers to assist in setup, checking in guests, passing out materials, giving directions, ticketing and other event support tasks.
