Join Chefs Alain Allegretti and John Fraser for a masterful meal crafted by two of the most sought-after chefs in the country. Though Allegretti's love of cooking came from his Italian grandmother, he mastered the craft in France under the tutelage of highly revered chefs including Alain Ducasse. In New York City, Allegreti cooked at Le Cirque before opening his own eponymous restaurant and now heads the kitchen at Fig & Olive. California born Fraser redefined the role of vegetables in American cuisine at both the fine dining and neighborhood bistro level. He's worked in France and under his mentor Thomas Keller and now operates restaurants in New York City, Long Island and Los Angeles. These two powerhouse chefs will prepare a tasting menu that incorporates all of their influences with perfectly paired wines for a dining experience you won't get anywhere else.
Wine and spirits will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
