An Evening of Cross-Cultural Culinary Revelry
Chef Mary Attea, executive chef at Michelin-starred Musket Room, takes a worldly approach to flavor, leaning into ingredients and techniques from the culinary traditions of Spain, the Middle East and India. Pastry wiz Camari Mick creates dazzling desserts at the Musket Room in Nolita. Together Mary and Camari create bold-flavored dishes inspired by their travels and their heritage that are both inventive, cross borders and defy categorization. And chef Vijay Kumar is the Executive Chef at the Indian eatery Semma in Greenwich Village, which landed at number 12 on The New York Times list of the Best 100 Restaurants in New York. What to expect when these three talented chefs get in the kitchen? You’ll enjoy one spectacular night of cross-cultural culinary delights of globally inspired tasting menu that will be worth raising a glass of wine or beer to.
