An icey, nicely balanced martini is the perfect companion to a nice juicy hunk of meat. Yes, red wine is often cited as the ideal beverage to go with, say, red meat, but nothing prepares your palate for a quality slice of meat than a dry martini. And at NYCWFF, we’ll celebrate this perfect pairing. For this unique Festival event, your hosts will be Chef Franklin Becker, who has received a virtual constellation of stars for his Manhattan restaurants in The New York Times, and Chef Joey Campanaro whose beloved and celebrated NYC restaurants include The Little Owl, Market Table and The Clam. You’ll get an epicurean feast of high-quality meat cooked in a variety of toothsome ways, plus variations on the theme of martini—dry, sweet, dirty, with a twist—while enjoying the views from the 16th floor of the lush Press Club Grill.
