James Kent Tribute Dinner by Benoit and Kent Hospitality with special guest Erik Ramirez part of the Bank of America Dinner Series

When beloved and supremely talented James Kent unexpectedly passed away in the early summer, the culinary world was shocked by the loss of a great human and a skilled, inspired chef. Now, members of the kitchen of his restaurants—Crown Shy, SAGA and Overstory—along with the kitchen staff at Alain Ducasse’s midtown gem, Benoit, are teaming up to create a marvelous meal in honor of Chef James Kent.

Expect to savor some of the greatest hits from Chef Kent’s elevated New American menus of his lower Manhattan restaurants, as well as some Benoit bistro classics with a Kent-ian twist. On the menu, guests will find Salsify and Comtè Tartelette and Uni Raviolo, Caviar, Fluke Milanese, Crab, Buttermilk and Beef Tagine with squash and chickpeas. This not-to-be-missed meal will be a fitting feast in honor of James Kent. It will be poignant, memorable and, most of all, extremely delicious.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
