Join European natives Chefs Eric Canino, Michele Brogioni and François Payard for an elegant dinner you can only enjoy at NYCWFF. Chef Brogioni has decades of experience cooking in his native Italy as well as in Greece and Russia before he landed in the U.S. at Armani Ristorante 5th Avenue and now CORE: NYC. Canino is a two Michelin starred chef who trained under the best in the continent before taking over the kitchen at La Voile, the restaurant at La Rēserve in Ramatuelle, France, where he focuses on the pleasure of pure flavor. Payard is a world-famous pastry chef who started his career in Paris before working at some of the best restaurants in New York City. He became synonymous with elegant, French pastry in the city at his eponymous patisserie and went on to win every award imaginable before settling into his latest projects in Southold, New York . This collaborative tasting menu will embrace local ingredients, vegetable forward cooking and modernizing the classic European and Mediterranean repertoire, culminating in a meal expertly paired with wines that match all of the chefs’ technical prowess and extensive training. And of course it will be capped off with an exquisite sweet treat!
