Alumni Return for a Festive Homage to Tradition and Hospitality

Since its inception in 1998, Café Boulud has become one of the most iconic restaurants in NYC, led by world-renowned, Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur Daniel Boulud and known for grooming some of the best chefs across the world. To celebrate Café Boulud’s 20th anniversary, Boulud will invite several of his most distinguished protégés ― Andrew Carmellini, Bertrand Chemel, Gavin Kaysen and Ghaya Oliveira ― back to this quintessential French kitchen to prepare a once-in-a-lifetime five-course menu alongside current Executive Chef Aaron Bludorn, honoring the restaurant's heritage and the alumni chefs' valuable contributions over the past two decades. Each course will be prepared by one of the participating chefs and pay tribute to Café Boulud’s deep-rooted culinary muses: La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage. Join us at NYCWFF as we celebrate one of New York's most legendary chefs at this unforgettable dinner.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
