Hereford takes a refined approach to casual fare at his New Orleans spots Molly’s Rise and Shine and Turkey and the Wolf, which was voted Best New Restaurant by Bon Appétit Magazine. He cooks simple, classic dishes that evoke childhood memories while still being sophisticated enough for adult tastes.
