You won’t need to hop on a flight to indulge in the best of today’s Mexican cooking. Cookbook author, seven-time James Beard Award winner and celebrated restaurateur Rick Bayless, known for revolutionizing Mexican dining in the United States returns to NYCWFF! He’ll be joined by rising star chef Justin Bazdarich, long-time alum of Jean-Georges Vongerichten and chef owner Oxomoco, the much-celebrated Mexican restaurant that earned a Michelin Star just five months after opening. Together Rick and Justin will dazzle NYCWFF guests with the fresh and vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine, serving up delicate crudos, rich mole, bright ceviche and delectable tacos. Taste what happens when leaders of contemporary Mexican cuisine collaborate on for a night of truly incredible Mexican cuisine.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
