Mexican and Indian Flavors Unite

Cookbook author, seven-time James Beard Award winner and celebrated restaurateur known for his spin on Mexican cuisine, Rick Bayless, is coming back to NYCWFF!  He’ll join Top Chef Masters winner, James Beard Award winner and restaurateur of NY’s beloved Bombay Bread Bar Floyd Cardoz for a dinner of epic proportions and unstoppable flavors. We’re honored to host this remarkable pairing of chefs considered the ambassadors of their respective cuisines and have sought to bring the authentic flavors of Mexico and India to the US in new and expansive ways. You’ll indulge in juicy tacos and decadent mole as well as rich curries, deeply spiced vegetables and delectable fish. Experience this incredible and inventive meal as Bayless and Cardoz team up at NYCWFF to create a menu sure to surprise and delight.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
