We’re satisfying all of your chocolate cravings with a lesson from the best confectioners in the business. Join Marc Aumont, Executive Pastry Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Gabriel Kreuther and head of the restaurant’s chocolate shop, and creator of some of the most beautiful and delicious chocolates in New York City for a lesson in handcrafted treats. Chef Aumont will teach you step-by-step how to temper, create sophisticated flavor combinations and make chocolates that are almost too pretty to eat (we said almost!). At the end of the class, sample all of your delicious creations and take home your new skills to make chocolate treats again and again. Sweet!
