Now this James Beard Award winning chef is the founder of FieldTrip, a fast-casual spot in Harlem that highlights rice and grain traditions from around the world. At this Demo & Dine, you’ll get the chance to watch this expert chef cook from his brand new book, “The Simple Art of Rice: Recipes from Around the World for the Heart of Your Table,” and then you’ll get to enjoy the delicious rice dishes that he creates.
