Celebrated chef, award-winning cookbook author and one of the original Food Network personalities Emeril Lagasse has won the hearts of the culinary world with his New Orleans style food, big personality and ubiquitous catchphrase. Meanwhile, Chef Timon Balloo rose up the ranks at trendy Sushi Samba and is now Executive Chef at Caribbean-influenced SUGARCANE raw bar grill. Joined by Lagasse's Chef de Cuisine of NOLA restaurant, Philip Buccieri,  these chefs will come together to fuse Cajun, Creole and Caribbean cuisine in perfect fashion.  Join us at the stunning SUGARCANE raw bar grill to take in the incredible view overlooking Manhattan and revel in bold, bright flavors with every bite.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.


SUGARCANE raw bar grill is located in Dumbo, Brooklyn at Empire Stores. The main entrance is on the pedestrian-only Old Dock Street, around the corner from the far corner of the building by the Shinola clock and across from St. Ann’s Warehouse.

Limit 10 tickets per any one event per transaction. While supplies last. Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. If you purchased multiple tickets under one name/order, your group will automatically be seated together.
