Celebrate the beauty of classic American cuisine with three culinary game-changers at this very special dinner. Gabrielle Hamilton, this year’s James Beard Award-winner for Outstanding Chef, has been at the helm of one of the most acclaimed culinary institutions since Prune burst onto the New York dining scene in 1999. Together with her invaluable co-Executive Chef, Ashley Merriman, they will team up with Adam Perry Lang, L.A.’s preeminent BBQ master who recently opened eponymous restaurant APL (and a personal favorite of Jimmy Kimmel), on a perfectly executed multi-course meal. Join us to taste what happens when these three chefs come together for a unique, one night only collaboration.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
