Georgette Farkas, founder of rotisserie-focused Rotisserie Georgette and Daniel Boulud alumni, is one of the city's most glamorous restaurateurs whose focus on quality ingredients and refined comfort food has earned her prominent recognition. Farkas will be joined in the kitchen of Rotisserie Georgette by Chef Laetitia Rouabah, known as the newest Executive Chef of Alain Ducasse’s famed Benoit and has risen to culinary fame with her exceptional execution of classic French dishes. Join us for a special evening as these remarkable women unite in the kitchen to bring you a menu focused on refined French fare bursting with autumnal flavors and perfect wine pairings.
