Join us for a special collaboration when three renowned chefs come together to highlight the outstanding flavors of seasonal ingredients through authentic  Italian cuisine.

James Beard Award-winning chef and cookbook author Jonathan Waxman, founder of 20-year-old popular neighborhood haunt Barbuto, offers some of New York City’s best Italian fare, constantly surprising diners with incorporation of unique, seasonal ingredients. Waxman will join forces with two chefs new to the New York dining scene, James Beard nominated Clare de Boer and Jess Shadbolt of SoHo hotspot King. De Boe and Shadbolt have garnered critical acclaim for their daily rotating menu celebrating simple, fresh ingredients with a rustic Italian flair. Together, these three will prepare an exceptional tasting menu exclusive to NYCWFF that will take seasonal Italian cuisine to a whole new level.
