We’re bringing you the best of Boston, Houston and New York for a multi-course meal like you’ve never tasted. New York’s king of BBQ and owner of Brooklyn’s Hometown BBQ, Billy Durney, joins Ken Oringer, James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of several renowned Boston restaurants and Houston BBQ master Chris Shepherd. Claim your seats: Chefs Durney, Oringer and Shepherd will be a powerhouse kitchen trio to behold as they collaborate on a truly unforgettable BBQ feast inspired by global flavors. Guests will be treated to expertly prepared meat dishes and bold, contemporary flavors, sauces and delicious sides for a feast of BBQ delicacies.
Each pair of guests will leave with a copy of Chef Shepherd’s brand new book, Cook Like a Local: Six Ingredients That Will Change the Way You Cook and See the World (Clarkson Potter- September, 2019).
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
Guests will be assigned seating prior to this event. If you purchased multiple tickets under one name/order, your group will automatically be seated together.
