If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to put two different chefs, with two different cooking styles, in the same kitchen to see what they would create, this sit-down dinner is for you. Start with talented Food Network’s “Tournament of Champions” winner and whose Boston restaurants have included menus focusing on Texas barbecue, Italian, Southeast Asian and American comfort food. And then let’s add in Phet Schwader, the Loatian-born chef and owner of Kye Ye and Dhom in Manhattan. His Southeast-Asian fare ranks among the best in the city. Together these two will create a tasting menu for a select number off lucky eaters at perpetual Tribeca hotspot Khe Yo. You’re sure to eat something delicious and satisfying with a Southeast-Asian twist.
