If there’s one chef and television personality who embodies the perfect marriage of food and fitness, it’s Robert Irvine – chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, Food Network host and fitness fanatic. Join him and Monique Crous, founder of Hot HIIT® for a fast-paced, ultra-fun class that combines high-intensity interval training, muscle toning and cardio for a total body workout. Work out alongside Chef Irvine as Monique leads you through her specially curated workout that’ll jump start your day.
And, it wouldn’t be NYCWFF without being treated to the best bites and sips! Follow your workout with a menu crafted by Chef Irvine himself and perfectly paired, refreshing cocktails, beer, wine and Illy coffee. Irvine, who most recently opened Public House at Tropicana in Las Vegas, is the author of the healthy living cookbook Fit Fuel: A Chef’s Guide to Eating Well and Living Your Best Life and founder of Robert Irvine Foods, which features a nutritionally improved line of food products that don’t compromise on great taste.
The event will include a discussion on Health & Wellness as a Lifestyle, moderated by Emmy Award-winning television host, Sara Gore: The definition of health and wellness has evolved, the phrase no longer refers simply to a lack of illness and disease, but to a more holistic state of being, where one’s mental, physical and emotional health are in sync. Health and wellness are a part of Robert and Monique's everyday life and we will find out how they do that.”
