The Total Body Workout with a Side of Brunch

Fitness guru, owner of Seamore’s and co-owner of The Meatball Shop franchise, Michael Chernow joins the Festival for a rare treat!  We invite you to join Michael, along with fitness trainer and SoulCycle instructor Roxie Jones for an upbeat, muscle-sculpting workout, followed by delicious brunch and refreshing beer, wine, cocktails and Illy coffee!

Hit every muscle group with a circuit training class designed by Michael and Roxie – you’ll learn exercises that will teach you how to sculpt, tone and build strength during this fast and fun workout. After, reward yourself for all of your hard work and indulge in all of the incredible (and healthy!) bites from Michael’s restaurants. There’s no better way to spend a Sunday than this.

The event will include a discussion, Health is Wealth, moderated by Emmy Award-winning television host, Jaymee Sire:
More and more people are sacrificing time at their desks and spending more money on their health. There used to be a stigma that you could only be an athlete when you were younger and in school, but who says you can't become an athlete later in life.  Michael and Roxie will discuss how fitness is taking center stage and how they incorporate this into their livelihoods.

Find your balance with our FIT&FEAST series: four sessions, top wellness and fitness experts, followed by incredible brunch bites and sips. Click here to view the full lineup.
