Imagine Marc Forgione, proudly wearing his "Iron Chef" crown and the mastermind behind his acclaimed Tribeca restaurant as well as popular eateries One Fifth and Peasant, devising a menu with Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr, the talented duo behind the impossible-to-get-into Frenchette in Tribeca and Le Rock at Rockefeller Center.
On the menu, guests will find Foie Gras Tarte (Cured foie gras, quince jam, brioche) and Halibut Vin Juane (Poached halibut, pomme vapeur), Venison Terrine (Violet mustard) and Daueb of Beef Cheeks (Celeriac ravioli, orange-saffron buerre noisette).
