A Dinner of Mediterranean Proportions
Trailblazing chef John Fraser brought acclaimed fine dining to the Upper West Side when he opened Dovetail in 2007. And then again when he earned a Michelin star for Nix, an eatery with an entire plant-based menu. At his latest restaurant, IRIS, he’s delving into the eastern Mediterranean to great fanfare. Chef Fraser will be joined by Hillary Sterling, the Executive Chef of the much lauded Italian eatery Ci Siamo. Together, they’ll create a memorable meal that will marry their styles and favorite ingredients, melding different parts of the Mediterranean to delicious results. As an attendee, there will be an epicurean feast of Mediterranean delights for you to indulge in at this memorable dinner event.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
