Experience the Flavors of the Mediterranean

Chef, longtime judge on Food Network’s Chopped and cookbook author Amanda Freitag is joined by Tel Aviv-native Einat Admony, chef and owner of NYC food favorites Taïm, Kish-Kash and Balaboosta, for a celebration of the sun-drenched flavors of Israel. Freitag, whose love for rich, colorful flavors knows no bounds, is excited to join Chef Admony to create dishes that capture the bright, vibrant ingredients of Tel Aviv and the Mediterranean. For one night only, the two distinguished chefs and friends will dazzle guests with these authentic, delicious flavors. Taste what happens when two globetrotters come together to create a menu exclusive to NYCWFF.

Each pair of guests will leave with a copy of Chef Admony’s new book Shuk: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking (Artisan- October, 2019).

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
