Markus Glocker, the Executive Chef of Koloman in Manhattan which received a fabulous three-star review from The New York Times, has won James Beard Awards and Michelin stars during his heralded cooking career. He blends Austrian cuisine with French technique to put a haute spin on Central European cuisine. Dan Kluger has worked with award-winning Chef Jean-Georges and is currently the Executive Chef at lauded Loring Place and the newly opened hotspot Greywind; he’s celebrated for creating elevated takes on vegetable-forward dishes. Together, these two talented and accomplished New York City chefs will create a multi-course dinner that is certain to wow you.
