A Dinner Fit for a Dame or a Lord
Two chefs, two styles, two influences. And one amazing dinner to remember The two in question are Boston-based Chef Ken Oringer who has been head of lauded kitchens in San Francisco, New York and Boston; Ed Szymanski, the Executive Chef/Owner of the hard-to-get-into NYC’s Dame and Lord’s and let’s also add in Ed’s co-owner, the charismatic host for the evening, Patricia Howard. Together, they will team up to wine and dine you to a memorable evening, as Chefs Oringer and Szymanski will be in the kitchen cooking up a feast while Ms. Howard will be presenting the dishes.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
Each group will receive a copy of Eater's newly released cookbook, 'Eater: 100 Essential Restaurant Recipes from the Authority on Where to Eat and Why It Matters'. This is a must-have for anyone who loves to dine out and wants to bring that magic home, plus includes a recipe from our guest chefs.
