Join New York Times writer and author of Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home Eric Kim for a hands-on cooking class focusing on the foods of his Korean-American upbringing. Kim is known for his viral recipes, NYT Cooking’s YouTube videos and charming aesthetic. In this class you'll learn to make Gochugaru Shrimp and Roasted-Seaweed Grits, Winter Squash Risotto with Chewy Rice Cakes and a delicious clementine cocktail. You'll spend a delightful afternoon cooking with Kim and enjoying the delicious dishes you create.

Guests will receive a copy of Eric Kim’s newly released cookbook, Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home (Clarkson Potter, March 2022).

Participants in this class are required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
