American-born chef Daniel Rose did something few American chefs have ever done (or will ever do again): he moved to Paris, opened a French bistro and won over finicky Parisian diners with his take on traditional Gallic fare.

And then in 2016, Chef Rose lit up the New York dining scene when he made the leap back over the pond and opened up Le Coucou in lower Manhattan, much to the rave reviews of critics and diners alike. And now, he’s putting on a very special lunch for NYCWFF attendees at Le Coucou.

Even better, he’s personally invited Melissa Ben-Ishay, founder of the beloved NYC-based cupcake company, Baked by Melissa. Known for her creative and delicious mini cupcakes, Melissa will bring a sweet touch to this culinary event.
