DESCRIPTION
American-born chef Daniel Rose did something few American chefs have ever done (or will ever do again): he moved to Paris, opened a French bistro and won over finicky Parisian diners with his take on traditional Gallic fare.
And then in 2016, Chef Rose lit up the New York dining scene when he made the leap back over the pond and opened up Le Coucou in lower Manhattan, much to the rave reviews of critics and diners alike. And now, he’s putting on a very special lunch for NYCWFF attendees at Le Coucou.
Even better, he’s personally invited both Melissa Ben-Ishay, founder of the beloved NYC-based cupcake company, Baked by Melissa, as well as Maddy DeVita, private chef, recipe developer, content creator based in New York City. Melissa and Maddy will bring their creativity to this culinary event.
Will three be a crowd in Le Coucou's kitchen? More like a charm. Prepare for your palate to be graced with a fine French-accented feast, exclusive to this special day at Le Coucou.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
