Join Chef Adam Leonti, who has cooked under some of the greats of Italian cuisine and recently splashing onto the scene with his own much-celebrated NYC restaurant, Leonti, and Chef Fabio Trabocchi, Top Chef contestant and James Beard Award-winning, Michelin-starred chef, for a night of elegant Italian cuisine. The two will come together to dazzle guests with food that is boldly creative, meticulous and delicious. You will enjoy exquisite pastas, delicate fish and robust mains representative of regional Italian cooking from two of the top Italian food chefs in the game. World-class wine pairings will complete the experience for a night of refinement in one of NYC’s most celebrated new restaurants.

Each pair of guests will leave with a copy of Chef Leonti’s new book Flour Lab: An At-Home Guide to Baking with Freshly Milled Grains (Clarkson Potter- September, 2019).

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
