DESCRIPTION

West Africa Meets Southern California Meets the South of France

We’re putting three talented chefs, one from Southern California, one from France and one a first-generation New Yorker with West African roots, in the kitchen together for one night and the results are will be explosively delicious.

Los Angeles-based Antonia Lofaso, acclaimed cookbook author and a host of Food Network series "Beachside Brawl," is praised for her modern interpretations of Italian classics and bold flavor choices. Chef Sylvain Delpique is the Executive Chef at the highly touted Carlyle. And Chef Eric Adjepong, also two-time "Top Chef" contestant and host of the Food Network show “Alex vs. America,” has a globally-minded approach to cooking, capturing the flavors and aromas of his West African heritage.

All three chefs might have more in common than you think: a healthy respect for bold, top-quality ingredients and for wowing diners with flavor-popping fare inspired by dynamic parts of the globe.

As an attendee, you’ll witness this incredible culinary synergy in what might be one of the most memorable meals at the Festival this year. And even better, the event will be held at the Carlyle on the Upper East Side.

Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
