Cake Decorating Master Class hosted by Maman Bakery

In 2014, a French bakery and café named Maman—French for “mother”—opened its doors in SoHo. A decade later, Maman has outlets all over and with each new bakery, Maman becomes more beloved. Famous for its chocolate cookies and chocolate pretzel cookies, among many other treats, Maman has a loyal following in New York City and beyond. Even Oprah Winfrey has gushed over Maman’s baked goods.

And now the bakers at Maman are going to share their secrets to superlative creations. Specifically, the chefs at Maman are joining us to teach a master class for 20 lucky guests at their King bakery to divulge the mystery behind their famous signature Naked Cake. Spend a Saturday afternoon learning how to decorate and perfecting the legendary Naked Cake, making it just as delicious and Instagram-friendly as the ones at your local Maman. Even better, you’ll get to eat some Naked Cake and/or take it home to enjoy later.
