Chef Mar is best known for her meat-driven menus, celebrated for her signature dry-aging techniques, game cuts and fresh takes on meat-lovers’ favorites. She is joined by famed Italian butcher and meat expert, Dario Cecchini, reknown butcher of Antica Macelleria Cecchini in Panzano in Chianti recently featured in the new season of Chef’s Table, for an ode to all things meat. You’ll love tasting the collaboration of these incredible personalities as they join forces for a multi-course menu highlighting the food they love most. Get ready to indulge in the meal of every meat-lover’s dreams.
Each pair of guests will leave with a copy of Chef Mar’s new book Butcher & Beast: Mastering the Art of Meat (Clarkson Potter – September 2019).
