An Evening with Two Sushi Masters
Sushi hit the United States in the mid-1990s in a big way and unlike fondue in the ‘70s, nouvelle cuisine in the ‘80s and, most recently, the Hawaiian poké phenomenon, sushi has outlasted everything and has even become more popular. So what better way to celebrate sushi than with famed Japanese-born Iron Chef and Food Network veteran, Masaharu Moriomoto. He will be joined by Frances Tariga, the first chef to win Morimoto Sushi Master competition. Join us for this once-in-a-lifetime experience where you can expect an epicurean feast, a full tasting menu and a dazzling display of just-pulled-from-the-sea sushi and all its varieties, plus an array of wine, beer and sake to be available. You’ll have to pinch yourself to make sure you’re not dreaming.
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
