One Night with Ottolenghi
The Ottolenghi Test Kitchen is coming across the pond! We are honored that Chef Yotam Ottolenghi and head of OTK Noor Murad are joining us stateside for a dinner at this year's Festival. Chef Ottolenghi is known for his seven best-selling cookbooks, columns in The Guardian and New York Times, James Beard Awards and London based restaurant group. His combination of Mediterranean influence from his Israeli upbringing, penchant for global flavors and impeccable skills with vegetables have made him a worldwide favorite. Chef Murad was born in Bahrain and worked internationally before joining the Test Kitchen in 2016. She brings strong Arabic, Persian and Indian influences to her cooking and is the co-author of the newest cookbook from OTK: Extra Good Things. Extra Good Things explores all the tools and skills needed to build up your creative repertoire and refill your shelves and fridges with vegetable forward recipes and components like sauces and condiments you'll want to use everyday. The opportunity to experience Ottolenghi’s food prepared by the man himself and in New York is truly unrivaled. This dinner will be the talk of the town – don't miss out!
Wine pairings will be provided by Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits.
Guests will receive a copy of Yotam Ottolenghi and Noor Murad's newly released cookbook, Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Extra Good Things (Clarkson Potter, October 2022).
