Join Chef Charlie Palmer at his flagship location, Aureole - the embodiment of Palmer’s innovation – where he will cook alongside Chris Engel, Executive Chef, and Michelin-starred chef Matt Lambert to create innovative twists on classic cuisine featuring regional American ingredients. The three chefs will collaborate on a menu specially-created for NYCWFF guests and give you the opportunity to dine privately in Chef Palmer’s world-renowned restaurant.
