James Beard award winning Chef Chintan Pandya and restaurateur Roni Mazumdar, the dynamic duo behind the ultra-buzzy and impossible-to-get-a-table-at New York City restaurants Dhamaka, Michelin starred Semma, Adda and Masalawala & Sons, have double-handedly taken the Indian dining scene in the Big Apple by storm under the name of their restaurant group, Unapologetic Foods. The philosophy: serve up a tasting menu of Indian dishes that have never or rarely made the leap across India's borders and do it with style.
