My mom's chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes. Nothing else hits like mom's cooking. What three things are always in your pantry? Rice, Maldon salt, and hot sauce. If you weren't a chef, what would you be? If I wasn’t a bartender I’d be unemployed! But actually I think I’d be a nurse. It’s a different type of hospitality but I still think there’s a lot of parallels to bartending. If you could cook with anyone, who would that be? If I could cook with anybody it’d be Guy Fieri. That guy looks like he knows how to throw down on the grill. Also helps that he’s actually a good person off camera, or so I’ve heard!
