I have been cooking for 12 years starting in Illinois at the age of 16. Restaurants have been the only occupation I have chosen my whole life. I took my love of cooking to Florida where I worked at a few small restaurants. After a two years I moved to New York to work at NoMaD where I dedicated four years to become a Sous Chef. I Moved over to Eleven Madison Park to become sous chef and dedicated two and a half years there and really honed in my culinary skills. I stepped away to reconnect with my very close friends, James and Aaron, to help push Carnal to become a known brand and figure in the current culinary scene.

What is your favorite NYC restaurant? And what is your go-to dish? My favorite NYC restaurant is Uncle Boons. The Betel leaf wraps are always a hit! What three things are always in your pantry?
