Biography

I started cooking in a restaurant called the Librije in the north of the Netherlands. After working there for 10 years I decided it was time to move on and I moved to New York.

I spent a year at Eleven Madison park and restaurant Agern in Grand Central station. Via a the chef from Agern I got in touch with Ignacio and started working at Flora Bar the beginning of April.
