Chef Aaron’s journey with 1 Hotels began as a Sous Chef at 1 Hotel South Beach, where he embraced the mission-driven concepts that are at the heart of the brand’s culinary program. His dedication to sustainability and prioritizing local ingredients led him on a journey with 1 Hotels, taking him from South Beach to West Hollywood, and finally, to Brooklyn Bridge, where he now leads the kitchen as the Executive Chef of The Osprey.
