Aaron Mizrahi is recognized as the most famous butcher and chef in the country of Mexico. As a proud Mexican, Chef Mizrahi has dedicated his life to his greatest passion: meat. He is an expert on the grill, and an entrepreneur determined to revolutionize the culture of meat in Latin America. He truly believes that a polished technique and quality product makes dinner an experience rather than just a dish.

In addition to being a representative for some of the most exclusive meat firms in the United States, Chef Mizrahi is also the International Sales Director for Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, where he spends time training under the expertise of Pat LaFrieda III.

In Mexico, Chef Mizrahi is also the Director of Meat for the renowned restaurant chain, Sonora Grill Group. Here, Chef Mizrahi uses his extensive experience to develop new dishes, maintain quality control, and provide advice on how to implement standardized practices for Mexico’s meat revolution.

Additionally, Chef Mizrahi has been given the privilege of inspecting and supervising meat production lines to ensure that the products are high quality as they are brought into Mexico through the company Mizrahi Meats / Pallium. These companies are dedicated to importing, distributing and providing exceptional advice on beef quality for chefs and restaurants located in Mexico City, New York, Las Vegas, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and more.

Due to Chef Mizrahi’s dedication and countless hours living, studying and traveling to packing plants, universities, farms and ranches, Chef Mizrahi has become an American meat icon. Notable mentors include: Peter Rosenberg, Aaron Franklin, John Boehm, Nick Solares, Ricardo Giraudi, Davey Griffin, and of course Pat LaFrieda. Chef Mizrahi has cooked alongside internationally renowned chefs, important celebrities, and well-known politicians. Likewise, he has had successful appearances at several food-focused events and festivals, both in Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, Morelia and Valle de Guadalupe), as well as in the United States (Chicago, Austin and New York).
