He did an internship at Pujol, in Mexico city, one of the top 50 best restaurants in the world.
He was the chef of the Abandaro hotel in Valle de Bravo and leading him to pursue his dreams and opening his own “fonda” El Chenchere in the city of Toluca.
In the actuality we can have a taste of his creations as a chef of La Mano, a Spanish Tapas Bar located in Chelsea and West Village.
