Despite his corporate achievements, there was always a burning love for food and cooking deep within his heart.

Driven by his desire to explore his culinary talents and pursue his true passion, Alexis made a pivotal decision to pursue formal culinary training. He enrolled in the esteemed Escoffier program in the Philippines, a prestigious culinary institute renowned for its exceptional education and training.
