Growing up in a close-knit Mexican-American family, Alfredo was exposed to the culinary traditions of his heritage from an early age. At just ten years old, he began helping in the family business—a small but bustling Mexican eatery known for its authentic flavors and warm atmosphere.

Inspired by his family’s love for food and cooking, Alfredo  decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the prestigious “Institute of Culinary Education”, where he honed his skills under the guidance of renowned chefs. His dedication and passion for cooking earned him recognition among his peers and instructors.

Upon completing culinary school, Alfredo embarked on a journey that would take him through various roles in the hospitality industry. He worked in multiple hotels and restaurants, each experience enriching his knowledge and expertise. From upscale dining establishments to bustling hotel kitchens, Alfredo gained a wealth of experience, mastering a wide range of cuisines and techniques. Beyond his work in the kitchen, Alfredo is also passionate about mentoring young chefs and giving back to the community.

Looking to the future, Alfredo Torres dreams of expanding his business by opening more locations throughout NYC and beyond, where he can showcase his unique culinary vision—a fusion of traditional Mexican flavors with contemporary techniques.
