Born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, Annie Leonard began baking avidly as a teenager. After giving a couple 4 year colleges a try in a couple different cities, she moved back to Pittsburgh to pursue a degree in baking and pastry. A really, really good smash burger. American cheese, ketchup, mayo and pickles on a potato bun. What three things are always in your pantry? Cholula, coffee, banana peppers.
