Anthony Keith is the General Manager and Sous Chef at Grandchamps, based in Brooklyn, New York. Recently adding co-owner to his resume, he’s been expanding his reach beyond the kitchen. But while in the kitchen, he’s been developing greater knowledge with the guidance of Executive Chef Shawn Brockman.

Chef Anthony started out serving Italian ice as a teen in Baltimore, MD and didn’t imagine he’d be the General Manager and Sous Chef of a Mom and Pop restaurant in New York City. Having only experience of cooking at home, yet experience in customer service and hospitality, he forged his way into the kitchen in 2017. Since then, he’s written a cookbook, Menu For One, that is due for physical release in 2022, and he’s begun expanding into the baking industry professionally.
