Chef Antony ‘Tony Bacon’ Nassif is a Montreal native turned Brooklynite who has worked in some of the top restaurants in Montreal, overseas, and in New York City. He is the founder of Tony’s Piri Piri Hot Sauce, and also serves as a chef consultant in multiple restaurants. For years he’s had Hen House on his mind, as he and his wife came up with the idea during the pandemic’s lockdown. In 2022 he started popping up at a local bar for the Clinton Hill parents group he’s in ( plus some friends) to test tastebuds, and it was a hit! With a gut feeling and a push from his wife, He finally made the decision to pursue his dream of opening Hen House. Hen house has quickly become a local favorite and is hoping to open up multiple locations in the near future.
